Location: On-site in Cincinnati, OH with travel to client locations as required

Salary: $100K – $120K

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and oversee audit engagements including risk assessment and strategy
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate engagement team members
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations to clients and leadership
• Support business development and client relationship management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Demonstrated experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office

Nice to have

• Experience with complex or multi-location audit engagements
• Prior experience managing public company or regulated industry audits
