Location: On-site in Cincinnati, OH with up to 30% travel to client locations

Salary: $75K – $90K

What you will do

• Lead and execute complex audit areas per firm methodology
• Review workpapers for accuracy and completeness
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
• Identify issues, perform analysis, and propose resolutions
• Communicate progress, risks, and findings to management
• Coordinate client requests, walkthroughs, and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Experience leading audit areas and supervising staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience with mid-market or public company clients
• Experience with complex areas like revenue recognition, leases, equity
