What you will do
- Support day-to-day office operations including workspace maintenance and cleaning services
- Onboard new employees and handle office-related inquiries
- Procure office supplies, groceries, furniture, and manage expense records
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, couriers, and service providers
- Organize in-office and external corporate events and meetups
- Contribute to improving company benefits and operational projects
Requirements
- Native-level Russian
- English at B1-B2 level
- Experience in office management, event organization, or related people-focused field
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to solve tasks independently in a multitasking environment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Greek
