What you will do

• Process payroll for designated clients accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Handle client payroll inquiries professionally
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts
• Assist with payroll audits and documentation
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience
• Payroll experience including process, tax, and regulations
• Self-starter with willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and time management skills
