What you will do

• Provide high-level support to players via email, live chat, and inbound phone calls.
• Resolve technical issues related to cookies, browsers, and application updates.
• Manage player interactions and respond to comments on social media channels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to report and escalate customer issues.
• Maintain quality assurance and meet established KPIs and SLAs.
• Work in a shift-based system, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• German writing skills: C1 or higher is mandatory.
• English writing skills: B2 or higher is mandatory.
• Strong PC skills, including fast typing and proficiency with various digital tools.
• Ability to work on a shift basis (3 shifts) and during weekends/public holidays.
