Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: Gross salary starting from €3,200

hirify.global is an email and SMS marketing platform built for ecommerce brands, providing intuitive automation and powerful templates to help brands grow.

What you will do

  • Build and grow the partner community via Slack, LinkedIn, and regular newsletters.
  • Plan and execute webinars and Partner Connect events to provide value to the ecosystem.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of matching hirify.global customers with suitable agency or freelancer partners.
  • Oversee the quality, accuracy, and onboarding process of the Partner Directory.
  • Track KPIs such as match rates and hire conversions to drive program evolution and data-driven decisions.
  • Implement and champion AI tools within partner workflows and internal operations to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partner management, sales, customer success, or program coordination, preferably in SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Willingness to travel often to meet prospective agencies in person.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for fast decision-making.
  • Proven ability to implement and optimize systems and playbooks leveraging AI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across concurrent relationships.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
