What you will do

• Drive sales of hirify.global Mining Pool.
• Identify, attract, and develop partnerships with large clients (mining farms, data centers, hardware suppliers, affiliates).
• Independently generate leads through outbound channels.
• Conduct negotiations and manage partners throughout the full sales cycle.
• Build strong product knowledge and communicate value proposition.
• Maintain reporting and achieve KPI targets to scale the partnership network.

Requirements

• Russian: B2 or higher
• English: B1+ or higher
• Proven experience in sales of IT products.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and/or mining ecosystem.
• Experience with outbound lead generation without inbound flow.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of discipline and self-organization in remote environment.
