We’re looking for a strong Sales Manager to join our team and help scale CryptoRank.

Responsibilities:
 1) Attract and convert new clients through inbound and outbound sales activities
 2) Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
 3) Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
 4) Sell advertising placements and marketing services on the platform
 5) Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers
 6) Conduct sales calls, demos, and presentations with potential clients
 7) Represent the company at crypto conferences and industry events
 
 Requirements:
 1) 2+ years of experience in Sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in Web3, IT, FinTech, or Digital Advertising
 2) Solid understanding of Web3 projects, products, and market narratives
 3) Excellent spoken and written English (B2/C1) and native Russia
 4) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
 6) Understanding of digital advertising formats and performance metrics
 7) Ability to independently structure and lead sales conversations from first contact to deal closure
