What you will do

• Review and edit orders for errors, monitor status including shipping and confirmation.
• Communicate with sales and account coordinators for corrections and clarifications.
• Verify orders, provide PO/SO numbers, and ensure timely receipt and shipment.
• Manage new products, maintenance renewals, quoting, contracts, and order booking.
• Monitor contract expirations, prepare renewals, and maintain archiving and reporting.
• Collaborate on fiscal year planning, quota setting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue support.
• Enhance standard reports, produce regular reports, and improve data quality.

Requirements

• University Degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, administrative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with computers and technology; strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years experience in Sales Operations.
• General understanding of systems/ERPs, especially Microsoft Navision.
