What you will do

• Own QA outcomes, risks, and testing results across multiple teams in your Area.
• Lead quality through collaboration with Production, Direction, and Developers, embedding it into planning and decision-making.
• Define and drive Area-level QA strategy, test planning, and coverage across development, release, and live ops.
• Coordinate internal and external QA as a cohesive team, setting standards and expectations.
• Act as main QA contact for external partners, ensuring alignment and consistent quality.
• Drive visibility via QA reporting, triaging, risk assessment, and tracking systemic issues.
• Champion QA practices and quality-first mindset, supporting developers with self-testing.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Development QA within game development, including live service.
• Comfortable owning quality end-to-end, balancing quality, scope, risk, and delivery.
• Leadership through influence, aligning developers, producers, and external QA partners.
• Clear communication of complex quality topics into actionable insights.
• Ability to give constructive feedback to developers across disciplines and seniorities.
• Hands-on and strategic approach, staying close to the product.
• Strong written and spoken English.
