What you will do

• Define and maintain a common acceptance test workflow for verification and validation.
• Plan and continuously improve internal testing processes and operational activities.
• Administer, review, and release technical test documentation and define standards.
• Establish comprehensive guidelines for test design and execution.
• Train and coach development teams within the discipline.
• Participate in release reviews, including regression analysis and verification matrices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proven experience in complex system verification, test planning, and team coordination.
• Ability to identify process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and handle fault tracing.
• Must be eligible for security vetting based on Swedish regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Codebeamer, Git, and Jira.
• Background in both software and hardware development.
• Understanding of requirements management and compliance standards.
