TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and maintain automated testing suites (E2E, API, integration, and regression) using Playwright.
  • Define and implement company-wide automation standards, best practices, and documentation.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered QA tools for test generation and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor and upskill manual QA specialists to transition into automation.
  • Contribute to the QA Guild to shape the company-wide quality strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building automation frameworks in brownfield projects, preferably with Playwright.
  • Strong expertise in E2E, API, performance, and BDD-style testing.
  • Experience integrating tests with CI/CD environments.
  • Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, quality metrics, and test design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other QA engineers.
  • Familiarity with LLM-assisted test generation and AI-powered QA tooling.
