What you will do
- Build and maintain automated testing suites (E2E, API, integration, and regression) using Playwright.
- Define and implement company-wide automation standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered QA tools for test generation and root cause analysis.
- Mentor and upskill manual QA specialists to transition into automation.
- Contribute to the QA Guild to shape the company-wide quality strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience building automation frameworks in brownfield projects, preferably with Playwright.
- Strong expertise in E2E, API, performance, and BDD-style testing.
- Experience integrating tests with CI/CD environments.
- Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, quality metrics, and test design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor other QA engineers.
- Familiarity with LLM-assisted test generation and AI-powered QA tooling.
