What you will do
- Own technical QA outcomes, acting as primary accountability for stability, performance, reliability and risks.
- Lead quality through collaboration with Tech Directors, Engineers and Production, embedding QA into design and implementation.
- Define and drive technical QA strategy, test planning and coverage across development, release and live ops.
- Coordinate internal and external QA teams, aligning on priorities, standards and processes.
- Drive visibility via reporting, triaging, risk assessment and tracking of systemic issues.
- Champion QA practices, enable developers and balance technical debt with delivery constraints.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Development QA in technical or systems-heavy game development.
- Knowledge of testing complex systems including performance, stability, reliability across platforms.
- Ability to own quality outcomes end-to-end, balancing quality, scope, risk and delivery.
- Leadership through influence, aligning engineers, producers and QA on priorities and standards.
- Clear communication of technical topics; constructive feedback to developers.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Hands-on and strategic approach; collaborative and quality-driven mindset.
