What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end AI-driven systems, including agent-based workflows and model integrations.
• Develop backend services and data pipelines to transition prototypes into production-ready features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to explore and validate new AI use cases.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to create next-generation security defenses.
• Integrate and operate AI and ML models across diverse technology stacks and product architectures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant hands-on work in AI engineering or applied machine learning.
• Expertise in building LLM-based applications, agents, and orchestration workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one backend language such as .NET or Go.
• Strong understanding of backend system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and building AI agents for real-world workflows.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or evaluating ML models.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Experience in security, cloud platforms, or large-scale SaaS products.
