Financial Advisor (Financial Services): Build a financial practice providing purpose-based advice, investments, insurance, banking, and generosity programs to Christian clients with an accent on financial clarity and well-being. Focus on developing long-term relationships, delivering workshops, leveraging networks, and growing business through commissions and incentives.

Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul - South Metro. Serve clients in your chosen community.

What you will do

  • Guide clients to financial clarity through personal, actionable advice and hirify.global products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships across generations based on trust.
  • Make client appointments via networking, workshops, and marketing your practice.
  • Control your schedule for work-life balance while collaborating with specialists.
  • Leverage support in business development, marketing, technology, and more to grow your business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans encouraged.
  • FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting; Series 7 and 66 registrations during onboarding.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and licensing verification.
  • Self-disciplined, independent, driven, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by helping others and living generously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, or military.
