Location: Must be based in Lumber Bridge/Fort Bragg, NC (Hybrid: Onsite while teaching, remote work allowed otherwise)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver an Offensive CNO training program including lectures and hands-on labs for USG customers.
• Mentor and guide the next generation of tactical and strategic Cyber Network Operators.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and target cutting-edge tactics for future course iterations.
• Work with the Roka Security team to develop and deliver additional advanced technical operations courses.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Position based in Ft. Bragg, NC (Remote work allowed only when not teaching).
• 4+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or red team operations.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Metasploit, Nessus, Core Impact, and Burp.
• In-depth knowledge of session hijacking, sniffing, DDOS, MITM, and application layer attacks.
• Experience with Windows/Linux CLI, cloud, virtualization, and firewall/IDS/IPS evasion.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience as a cyber curriculum developer or instructor.
• Graduate of a USG offensive cyber operations course.
• Certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CPT, RHCSA, or LPIC-3.
• Previous experience within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or FBI.
• Advanced scripting capabilities and experience with malware reverse engineering.
