What you will do

• Obtain necessary insurance and securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, 63, 7, 66).
• Build and grow a book of business by meeting with new and existing clients.
• Provide financial clarity by positioning appropriate products and strategies.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisors on complex financial scenarios and joint fieldwork.
• Utilize financial tools and platforms such as Salesforce and Money Guide Pro.
• Participate in community events to provide financial education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Fond du Lac, WI.
• Successful completion of background checks, fingerprinting, and licensing verification.
• Strong technical aptitude with MS Office and business tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
