Salary: $24,000 plus commissions

What you will do

• Learn practice operations and participate in joint fieldwork with Lead Advisors.
• Meet new and existing clients to build relationships and a personal book of business.
• Solicit and sell products, complete applications, and service client contracts.
• Position financial strategies using tools like Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, and What-If Tax.
• Participate in events for client acquisition and community financial education.
• Collaborate on complex scenarios, research inquiries, and document meetings.

Requirements

• Onsite in Manitowoc, WI office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans encouraged.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities/insurance licensing (Life/Health/Annuity, SIE, Series 6/63/7/66/65).
• Strong computer aptitude (Microsoft Office, Salesforce).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
