What you will do

• Lead technical projects across squads, coordinating engineers and product managers on revenue infrastructure
• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate backend services for processing hirify.global revenue before ERP handover
• Mentor engineers, drive engineering practices, and contribute to domain vision and strategy
• Serve as department expert in revenue engineering, solving complex problems and evaluating vendors
• Participate in recruitment and interviewing

Requirements

• 10+ years with backend systems, architectures, and infrastructure; 5+ years with data architecture and processing
• Experience building scalable distributed systems in cloud (AWS: ECS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, Glue), Docker, CI/CD
• Proficiency in Python/Golang, Kafka, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture
• Deep system design knowledge, data structures; experience with 3rd-party APIs and extensible platforms
• Strong business acumen in sales, operations, accounting; enterprise architecture and process modeling
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
