What you will do
- Interact with Financial Advisors to develop client service models ensuring consistent experiences
- Establish client level attributes and manage onboarding processes for new clients and prospects
- Develop tracking for contact management systems and update with client preferences
- Generate reports and update communication templates for team materials
- Schedule client meetings on behalf of advisors and provide back-up support on non-licensed tasks
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multitask under interruptions while maintaining high-quality work
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Competencies in planning, customer focus, communication, teamwork, and adaptability
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
