TL;DR
Power Platform Engineer (Western region): Design, build, and deploy robust custom solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse with an accent on SharePoint customization and Office 365 integration. Focus on workflow automation, business process optimization, and ensuring compliance, security, and high performance in public sector applications.
Location: Must be located in the western region of the US - preferably CA, OR, NV or AZ. Hybrid with travel/onsite requirements.
Salary: $55,200 - $78,000

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy custom Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
- Integrate solutions with Office 365 apps like Outlook and Teams for streamlined processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Identify automation opportunities and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Participate in full SDLC, conduct testing, create documentation, and ensure governance and compliance.
Requirements
- Must be located in the western region of the US - preferably CA, OR, NV or AZ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint development/customization
- Experience with Office 365 integration, workflow automation, and SDLC
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, data governance, and security
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Developer (PL-400) certification
