TL;DR

Support Developer (Drupal): Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks on client websites and applications with an accent on security updates, maintenance, and feature enhancements. Location: 100% remote within the United States. Must be legally eligible to work in the US. Must be able to travel 2-3 times per year in the United States for client on-sites and company events.

Salary: $80,000-105,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks on existing Drupal sites.
• Perform security updates, patching, monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Implement feature enhancements, minor development tasks, and code deployments.
• Respond to client support requests with clear communication and status updates.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to prioritize tasks.
• Monitor uptime, document solutions, manage configurations, and troubleshoot hosting.
• Use Git, Drush, Composer; ensure cross-browser compatibility and establish CI toolchains.
• Design, write, and execute automated tests for stability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Drupal 8/9/10/11 development and site building.
• Strong PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), Twig templating, module development.
• Git workflows, Drush, Composer, web security, performance optimization.
• 2-3+ years Drupal experience focused on support/maintenance; Bachelor's or equivalent.
• Reliable internet; able to work 40 hours/week from home in distributed setup.
• Legally eligible to work in the US; available during North American workday.

Nice to have

• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Contributions to Drupal open-source.
• Hosting (Pantheon, Acquia), CI/CD, LAMP/LEMP, Agile methodologies.
• Database management, browser dev tools, site migrations/upgrades.
