What you will do
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for projects of varying complexity.
- Analyze requirements, create test plans, and conduct thorough test result reviews.
- Collaborate with Payment Accuracy Advisors, Business Analysts, and Engagement Managers to validate requirements and mitigate risks.
- Perform root cause analysis, triage defects, and support post-production validation.
- Facilitate customer workshops, lead change management, and ensure PTO coverage through documentation.
- Contribute to QA process improvements, automation frameworks, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance with manual and automated testing experience
- Experience with functional, regression, performance, and integration testing
- Practical experience with XML, HTML, JavaScript, VB, C#, Python scripting
- Proficiency in SQL Developer, Excel, Jira or ALM, and test environment management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of healthcare IT or claims processing
- Professional certifications like ISTQB, CAST, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
