Senior Solution Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Work with sales teams to support direct and indirect sales efforts, demos, and partner engagements.
• Lead technical aspects of opportunities from discovery to close, including presentations and evaluations.
• Engage with customers and executives to articulate business value of identity security.
• Contribute to RFx responses, customer success stories, white papers, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor new team members and provide feedback to product roadmap based on customer experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years as pre-sales technical resource in enterprise software.
• 3+ years with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure: application servers, databases, virtualization, directories.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
