What you will do

• Lead design, development, and execution of test cases including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Translate business and system requirements into robust test designs and maintain test documentation.
• Perform manual and automated testing, identify risks, and ensure defect-free releases.
• Participate in requirement reviews, mentor junior QA analysts, and provide QA insights for customer projects.
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and verification of fixes with retests and regression.
• Drive QA process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of QA experience in manual and automated testing (functional, regression, performance, integration).
• Proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, VB, C#, Python scripting, SQL Developer, Excel, Jira/ALM.
• Experience with QA automation tools like Selenium, Postman, SoapUI; test environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Windows environments with Oracle or transactional databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems or claims processing.
• Professional certifications such as ISTQB, CAST, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
