What you will do

• Plan project delivery using company methodology, aligned with commercial terms.
• Form and facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver on budget and exceed client expectations.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions (RAID log).
• Report on timelines and performance internally and to clients.
• Maintain release roadmap, maximize team utilization, and ensure resourcing is tracked.
• Apply and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery standards; mentor delivery team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing web development projects in complex, fast-moving environments using agile & blended approaches at a Digital Agency or Professional Services organization.
• In-depth understanding of Agile, Traditional SDLC, and blending them for projects.
• Good knowledge of CMS platforms (Sitecore, Umbraco, Drupal, WordPress).
• Experience facilitating team planning/estimation and using traditional PM artifacts (schedules, RAID logs).
• Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price budgets; proven management up to $1M.
