What you will do

• Lead global Security Operations team including SOC functions like monitoring, detection, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Build and maintain security operations playbooks to address process gaps.
• Mentor and train SecOps team to handle incidents effectively.
• Develop and report key metrics on organizational success to all levels including the Board.
• Advance global strategic vision for Security Operations and Engineering.
• Support acquisition due diligence for security risks and integration controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field + 8+ years relevant experience (or equivalent).
• 3+ years leading IT/security teams with global responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Significant hands-on experience with SIEM, continuous monitoring, IDS/IPS, network analysis, incident response, endpoint security, digital forensics, WLAN monitoring, threat modeling.
• Expert knowledge of security technologies, networking, infrastructure on global scale.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required.
