TL;DR

Location: United States, Eastern Time Zone preferred

Salary: $122,000 USD starting base pay

What you will do

  • Provide oversight and manage planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials per ICH/GCP regulations.
  • Coordinate trial operations team to achieve milestones and project delivery.
  • Develop and review project documentation including CRFs, study plans, protocols, and informed consents.
  • Create and maintain clinical monitoring plans (CMP) with escalation instructions.
  • Evaluate and select investigative sites and vendors, ensuring timely site activation within budget.
  • Lead and monitor clinical monitoring team, review data reports, and address quality issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field (or equivalent)
  • 10 years clinical research experience, including 7 years study oversight
  • Proven customer experience delivery and task ownership
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
  • Eastern Time Zone preferred
