TL;DR

Consultant (Cybersecurity): Installing, integrating, and deploying hirify.global SaaS and software solutions for customer environments with an accent on configuration, rule building, and technical training. Focus on troubleshooting connectivity, implementing projects of varying complexity, and collaborating with Solution Architects.

Location: Remote (Brazil). Must be located in Brazil. Portuguese professional fluency/native required.

What you will do

  • Work with customers on installation, integration, and deployment of hirify.global solutions.
  • Configure solutions as defined by Solution Architect and build/evaluate customer rules.
  • Communicate technical and functional aspects to clients and partners.
  • Deliver technical training to customers and implementation partners.
  • Progress from small projects under guidance to independent work on large complex projects.

Requirements

  • Located in Brazil with Portuguese professional fluency/native required.
  • 1-3 years professional experience in technology company, including 1+ year customer-facing.
  • Experience installing software on Windows and Linux.
  • Database knowledge (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Enterprise directories (Active Directory, LDAP) and networking (SSL/TLS, TCP/IP).
  • Programming in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, PowerShell, Python or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Computer Science/Engineering preferred).

Nice to have

  • Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Web technologies (SPML/SOAP, REST APIs, application servers).
  • Project team experience with deadlines and meetings.
  • Quality assurance (testing, test plans).
  • Security software or IT audit experience.
  • J2EE or hirify.global Certified Engineer.
