What you will do

• Design, implement, and integrate systems in C++ and Kotlin for robotic control.
• Build cross-platform apps for Android, Linux, and Windows.
• Design SDK interfaces for internal and external integrations.
• Develop automated tests and tooling for reliability.
• Conduct hands-on field testing with robots to validate features.

Requirements

• U.S. person per ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual)
• Ability to obtain U.S. DoD Secret clearance if required
• Bachelor’s in computer science/engineering or related + 5+ years experience
• Strong C++ (modern best practices, SOLID, modular architecture)
• CMake or similar build systems; hardware-integrated/mechatronic software
• Networking topologies/protocols; safety-critical concepts (determinism, real-time)
• Experience with AI tools; occasional local travel

Nice to have

• Advanced degree
• CI/CD (Gitlab); Android/Linux apps; Docker
• FastDDS, gRPC, MQTT; API/SDK design for third-parties
