Salary: $195,000 – $225,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture for agentic AI systems across multiple product surfaces.
• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex features, balancing velocity and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions and architectural reviews to ensure system robustness and security.
• Integrate GenAI agents with traditional ML systems like classification, recommendation, and optimization.
• Establish engineering best practices for testing, observability, and performance monitoring.
• Mentor and coach other engineers to raise the team's technical standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience with a track record of leading projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship complex, production-grade systems.
• Deep expertise and curiosity regarding LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments wearing multiple hats.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
