What you will do

• Build and test proof-of-concept (POC) features to support new product initiatives.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Contribute to frontend development using React and JavaScript.
• Improve engineering practices through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality enhancements.
• Experiment with AI solutions, specifically text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT).
• Collaborate with mentors to design and implement scalable software.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Solid foundation in programming with Python and JavaScript.
• Strong willingness to learn and curiosity to explore new technologies.
• Basic familiarity with APIs, databases, or web frameworks.
• Problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in CI/CD, AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Interest in DevOps or SRE practices.
