What you will do

• Support development and execution of regional influencer strategies for VALORANT under Local Community Lead oversight.
• Manage creator relationships including contracting, onboarding, activations, and communications across platforms.
• Monitor Thailand creator economy, identify emerging trends and creators, escalate issues globally.
• Collaborate with Community, Brand, Creative, Social, and PR teams on player-first campaigns.
• Represent Thailand influencers in cross-functional syncs with Product, Dev, Esports, and Publishing.
• Report campaign performance and recommend data-based optimizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer/creator marketing with direct creator collaboration
• Deep understanding of creator needs and challenges
• Strong familiarity with Thailand creators and leading campaigns there
• Proven work with influencer agencies and vendors
• Knowledge of influencer best practices across social platforms
• Established network of influencers, streamers, and agencies in Thailand
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally

Nice to have

• Familiarity with gaming culture and player communities
• Experience localizing campaigns for targeted audiences
• Experience with Games as a Service titles
• Understanding of Thailand's popular social platforms
• Facilitating developer-creator collaborations
