What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Ensure requirements are well-structured and traceable for development teams.
• Manage web-based products and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
• Define and track product KPIs to evaluate performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Understanding of web-based products, user flows, and content structures.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in Prague for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to support analysis or documentation.
• Exposure to KPIs and product performance tracking.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
