What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven agents for emulating adversarial behaviors such as lateral movement, privilege escalation, and persistence.
• Develop core simulation and orchestration components primarily using Go.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, focusing on scalability and performance optimization for distributed simulations.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable Java code to support thousands of customers.
• Tackle cross-cutting technical challenges, including migrating legacy monoliths and optimizing high-throughput data pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in a modern language (Go preferred; Python, Node.js, or C++).
• Proven experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and complex workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of graph modeling or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML-driven systems or agent-based simulations.
• Experience as a red teamer, penetration tester, or security researcher.
• Cybersecurity knowledge and ability to translate threat intelligence/TTPs into executable logic.
