Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Coppell, TX (On-site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

What you will do
- Create and implement new processes and SOPs for asset management, registration, and compliance.
- Manage and execute projects end-to-end to improve commercial truck operations and asset management.
- Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies to optimize existing operational procedures.
- Partner with Product, Product Ops, Hardware, Safety, Policy, and Legal teams to solve logistical issues.
- Interface with external vendors to acquire necessary paperwork and materials for fleet management.
- Handle day-to-day asset needs, including maintenance scheduling, audits on recalls, and monthly reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Coppell, TX.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions in time-critical situations.
- Capacity to integrate safety, testing, and operations to deliver a valuable product.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in autonomous vehicles or logistics.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency with Jira, Fleetio, and Lucidchart.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Foundational understanding of project management principles.
