Salary: $25.00 per shortform content & $50.00 per script

What you will do

• Research trends and apply analytics to craft scripts that drive audience engagement and channel growth.
• Write original scripts and short-form content tailored to the playful and whimsical hirify.global brand.
• Develop content inspired by current and emerging trends in young adult and children's internet culture.
• Collaborate with Production and Editing teams to ensure scripts are properly prepared for hand-off.
• Revise scripts based on feedback from management and creative leads.
• Provide formatted scripts with relevant metadata, cast lists, and SEO tags.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a scriptwriter with a strong portfolio of audience-focused scripts.
• Proven experience writing for young adult or children's media.
• Knowledge of Minecraft lore is necessary.
• Understanding of YouTube gaming content trends and platform dynamics.
• Availability to coordinate and communicate during core business hours 9:00am - 5:30pm CT.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice to have

• Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Blockbuster mod.
