What you will do

• Shape long-term technical architecture and direction for Data Delivery and Stats & Analytics systems.
• Lead cross-team initiatives spanning multiple systems and product areas for aligned solutions.
• Build and guide platforms enabling new reporting, measurement, forecasting, billing, and analytics features.
• Make high-impact decisions on APIs, data pipelines, data models, distributed systems, storage, and operations.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, analytics, and business leaders on technical roadmaps.
• Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, data quality, developer experience, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Broad technical leadership shaping direction across teams, domains, or large platforms.
• Deep expertise in scalable backend services, distributed systems, data platforms, and data-intensive apps.
• Strong system design judgment for APIs, pipelines, databases, observability, reliability, and architecture.
• Cross-functional influence aligning engineering, product, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Platform thinking to create leverage for multiple teams and future product development.
• Data quality mindset focusing on correctness, freshness, consistency, efficiency, and customer trust.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, Kafka, TiDB, Redshift, Vitess, Iceberg, StarRocks, or Trino.
• Domain experience in adtech, martech, reporting, analytics, billing, attribution, forecasting, or event processing.
