What you will do

• Validate AI outputs including summaries, recommendations, and data extractions from medical documents like visit notes, physician statements, and bills.
• Evaluate pre-release product features using claims handling expertise.
• Label medical information in insurance claims data, identifying diagnoses, treatments, and key facts.
• Edit LLM prompts based on claims-handling knowledge.
• Provide feedback on product integration into daily claims workflows and pain points.
• Offer input on user interface and experience for intuitiveness.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years hands-on experience as Workers’ Compensation Lost Time Claims Adjuster (Bodily Injury/Liability focus).
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software; familiarity with data labeling or NLP a plus.
• Exceptional critical thinking for reviewing complex medical, legal, and financial documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
