What you will do

• Validate AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and data extractions against medical documents such as provider visit notes, attending physician statements, and medical bills.
• Evaluate pre-release product features using workers’ compensation claims-handling and decision-making expertise.
• Label medical information in insurance claims data, including diagnoses, treatments, and other relevant facts.
• Edit LLM prompts based on claims-handling knowledge; no technical experience is required.
• Provide feedback on claims-management workflows, product usability, and opportunities to improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of recent, hands-on experience as a workers’ compensation, lost-time claims adjuster, preferably with a bodily injury or liability focus.
• Comfort working with computers and learning new software applications.
• Strong critical-thinking skills for reviewing complex medical, legal, and financial documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining feedback to product and engineering audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate evaluation and validation.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, mentoring, or process improvement within a claims environment.
• Professional experience using AI or automation tools.
• Familiarity with data-labeling tools or natural language processing.
