Salary: $85,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and ensure maximum value extraction from the Falcon Intel Recon product.
• Triage and escalate critical threat findings from the dark and deep web to respective customers.
• Deliver regular written and verbal briefings on relevant cyber intelligence findings.
• Collaborate with Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product based on customer feedback and feature requests.
• Plan and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source analysis, or intelligence collections.
• Deep understanding of the dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.
• Knowledge of data communication concepts, networking, and enterprise security.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs for intelligence delivery.
• Experience with typosquatting and identifying domain names used for phishing.
