What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python using AI-assisted workflows
• Own features end-to-end from design to production, ensuring quality and performance
• Drive AI adoption by introducing and scaling AI-driven practices in development
• Identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency, code quality, and reliability
• Develop and support Vue single-page applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Managers to deliver business value

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python and backend service development
• Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs
• Solid PostgreSQL and relational databases knowledge
• Docker, unit/end-to-end testing, Django/DRF/FastAPI, Vue/React, Kubernetes/CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proven experience adopting AI-driven engineering practices
