What you will do

• Lead the modernization of the Grants Management application using Pega 24.1 or later.
• Execute development and administration tasks within Pega Developer and Admin Studios.
• Perform advanced debugging and system analysis using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, and Log Viewer.
• Design and maintain complex data structures for intricate system workflows.
• Collaborate in an Agile Scrum team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment tasks using Jenkins.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with BGI.
• Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Pega 24.1 or later.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with JSON and XML for data structures and integrations.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with ReactJS front-end development.
• Previous experience supporting Grants Management applications or working within federal government/DoD IT environments.
