What you will do

• Shape and implement the annual Internal Audit Plan with a strong focus on cyber and technology, aligning with enterprise risk and business priorities.
• Lead cyber and technology audits, including those delivered by co-sourced partners, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Deliver clear, impactful audit reports with balanced, actionable recommendations and ensure timely follow-up.
• Contribute to Group Risk and Audit strategy, promoting a data-driven, continuous auditing culture.
• Lead and mentor staff, developing collaborative working relationships with management as a key advisor.
• Prepare reports for and present to the Board Audit Committee and Executive Steering Committee.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in internal audit, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a global, multi-regional organization.
• Deep knowledge of technology and cybersecurity governance, controls, and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001), with the ability to stay current on evolving threats and risks, particularly in gaming.
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI and the ability to assess associated risks.
• Proven ability to manage complex audit portfolios, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for all levels.
• Strategic, critical thinker who challenges convention and delivers practical, commercially sound solutions.
