What you will do

• Execute commodity/category strategies worldwide, aligning procurement with engineering, manufacturing, and business units.
• Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain inventories, ensure supply assurance, meet service levels, and mitigate risks.
• Lead large cross-functional teams on complex projects to develop programs, solutions, and enhance business processes.
• Monitor programs, metrics, and linkages to drive strategy, improve efficiencies, and achieve objectives.
• Develop and execute broad strategic plans, collaborating with global businesses, geographies, and partners.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level contributors.

Requirements

• First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, specializing in networking connectors
• Global procurement experience required
• Mastery in English and local language
• Advanced understanding of procurement processes, analytical aptitude, business applications, communication, corporate compliance, and project management.
• Experience working across different programs and products.
