What you will do

• Maintain daily communication with partners to ensure scaling needs and project timelines are met.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ad account rentals, including setup and ongoing technical support.
• Monitor budget pacing and KPI performance to ensure account efficiency.
• Identify growth points and optimization strategies to help partners increase their ROI.
• Analyze traffic data and retail media placements to maximize placement efficiency.
• Build clear, actionable reports that translate complex data into practical insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in Client Service within a marketing agency or affiliate network.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads and a deep understanding of the arbitrage landscape.
• Knowledge of retail media and the principles of digital advertising efficiency.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for interpreting complex data.
• Fluent Russian and Intermediate English (B1+) to communicate effectively with a global partner base.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take full ownership of partner success in a multitasking environment.
