What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programs including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, and system migrations.
• Partner with Staff Engineers to convert technical strategy and architecture decisions into clear milestones and execution cadences.
• Lead the technical execution of M&A integrations, managing system consolidations and tech-stack alignment.
• Create alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security using lightweight, scalable planning and communication mechanisms.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to ensure leadership visibility and engineering accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership, focusing on platform or infrastructure environments.
• Strong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, and release processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical architecture into practical, executable plans.
• Experience influencing without formal authority and operating comfortably in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid.

Nice to have

• Proven experience driving post-merger technical integrations and system migrations.
• Background in live entertainment, ticketing, or high-volume e-commerce with experience in high-concurrency traffic systems.
• Experience working in distributed, multi-time-zone organizations with a focus on reliability engineering or data-residency.
