What you will do

• Oversee the local competitive amateur ecosystem to ensure sustainability, inclusivity, and high participation.
• Manage local Competitive Experience products and track participation in collaboration with partners and vendors.
• Handle tournament licensing requests and provide necessary support to grassroots tournament organizers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, tournament organizers, and developing local esports teams.
• Develop local brand partnerships to support Competitive Experience tournaments and events.
• Lead the delivery of regional and global activations within local markets in alignment with EMEA offices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in competitive product management.
• Experience designing organized play ecosystems that drive game growth and community sustainability.
• Proficiency in project management and execution of online and offline marketing activations.
• Ability to think strategically and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Fluency (spoken and written) in both Spanish and English.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Italian and/or Portuguese.
• Knowledge of the Italian and Portuguese gaming and competitive scenes.
• Experience in online and offline event production management.
