What you will do

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery for gaming products (slots).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Math, Frontend, Backend, and QA.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, including scope and timeline estimation and validation.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively escalate risks to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Handle stakeholder management, ensuring alignment of expectations and status transparency.
  • Organize team workflows and monitor task execution to meet commitments on scope and timelines.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in outsourcing or similar complex environments.
  • Proven experience in multi-project management, handling several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with changing requirements and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical experience managing cross-team and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
