What you will do

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT preferred)
- 1–3 years in help desk, technical support, or customer service
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, IP)
