What you will do

  • Provide first-level technical support for POS systems via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS software, hardware, and network issues
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT preferred)
  • 1–3 years in help desk, technical support, or customer service
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, IP)
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Oracle
