What you will do

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat by identifying the nature of the problem through inquisitive questioning.
• Troubleshoot product and training-related questions to ensure client success.
• Document all issues and resolutions within Salesforce.
• Maintain and build deep technical knowledge of Meevo’s products, integrations, and business scenarios.
• Actively listen to and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to type 35+ wpm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
• Reliable internet service provider.
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry.
